I am duly licensed to transact busniess in the State of South Dakota as a Broker Associate. My main areas of concentration is Minnehaha County, McCook County, Lincoln County, Turner County and Lake County. Also, with my 28 years of military service, I am committed to serving all veterans with any of their buying and selling needs.

Supervised human resource personnel consisting of six HR Specialists, eight Personnel NCOs, and 3400 soldiers throughout South Dakota. Performed quality assurance for all documents before release to permanent record. Prepared and processed recommendations for awards. Performed positive and negative counseling for personnel evaluations. Ensured evaluations are completed and submitted per regulations. Prepared and monitored requests for promotions and reductions. Monitored requests for transfers, discharges, leaves, and passes. Maintained personnel files including but not limited to health information, pay documents, training records, and personal information. Developed interview boards, format, and questions for hiring process. Coordinated soldier readiness processing for all mobilizations and demobilizations. Performed continuous research and interpretation of Army regulations to provide commanders and other staff members guidance on current regulations.

Requested, received, inspected, issued and accounted for all medical supplies, personal clothing and organizational equipment with an estimated dollar amount in the millions of dollars. Ensured all combat medical bags were completely filled and ensured the formulary was inventoried, filled and complete before all field operations.

Performed all required administration type transactions for each soldier in the unit. Each soldier has three separate personnel files - a personal information/pay folder, a medical folder and dental folder. Reviewed and updated all information needing changes and forwarded up to state Headquarters to update the database. Tires Plus

Supervised and scheduled workloads for three technicians. Performed sales on tires, parts, brakes, and oil changes. Reconciled cash drawer and sales nightly. Ordered tires and parts bimonthly.

Assisted clients with auto purchases and leases. Performed sales calls and follow up calls to past and prospective clients. Attended sales meetings and sales education classes.

Directed before, during and post training meetings to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the training. Maintained records, such as attendance rosters, resource checklists and after action-reports, for all training events to ensure the next training exercise was more beneficial. Attended state safety course and became safety officer for multiple training events.

Requested, received, inspected, issued and accounted for all equipment, clothing, petroleum, food and parts for the unit. Maintained accurate records for scheduled services for all vehicles.
