My main areas of concentration is Minnehaha County, McCook County, Lincoln County, Turner County and Lake County. Also, with my 28 years of military service, I am committed to serving all veterans with any of their buying and selling needs.

Supervised human resource personnel consisting of six HR Specialists, eight Personnel NCOs, and 3400 soldiers throughout South Dakota. Performed quality assurance for all documents before release to permanent record. Prepared and processed recommendations for awards. Performed positive and negative counseling for personnel evaluations. Ensured evaluations.

Requested, received, inspected, issued and accounted for all medical supplies, personal clothing and organizational equipment with an estimated dollar amount in the millions of dollars. Ensured all combat medical bags were completely filled and ensured the formulary was inventoried, filled and complete before all field operations.

Performed all required administration type transactions for each soldier in the unit. Each soldier has three separate personnel files - a personal information/pay folder, a medical folder and dental folder.
