Hr Systems Supervisor
Current• Administer health and benefits plans, leaves of absence, and workers compensation.• Audit and reconcile benefits invoices, premium payments, and company benefits accounts.• Prepare, review, and report annual reporting of Form 1094 and 1095, San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance and expenditures, and Form 5500.• Audit and review bi-weekly payroll reports. • Ensure data integrity in the HRIS system.• Communicate and interpret company policies and procedures, legal notices, company forms, ERISA, and benefits plan document to employees. • Maintain and update the company intranet, discounts programs, and employee communication boards. • Maintain knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal requirements and ensure that the company follows all federal, state and city regulatory compliance. • Coordinate company events, benefits education sessions, and annual health fair.• Administer company recognition and service award programs.• Act as liaison between employees and managers to address various issues or situations. • Increase company efficiency and productivity by constantly reviewing and creating internal processes and workflows
