Mr. Moy’s practice focuses on patent litigation, pre-litigation counseling, and dispute resolution. He has considerable experience in all aspects of patent litigation, including trial experience, drafting appellate briefs, post-trial briefs, and dispositive motions, preparing Markman claim construction briefs, deposing key fact and expert witnesses, and handling day-today case management responsibilities. He litigates patent matters involving a wide range of technologies, including interactive telephone call processing systems, charter jet reservation systems, electronic immobilization devices, electronic payment systems, digital speech compression software, pharmaceutical products and processes, and consumer recreational products. Mr. Moy also advises clients on a variety of nonlitigation matters, including licensing negotiations, patent reexamination, assessment and avoidance of third party rights, and other patent counseling.
