I have proven leadership skills demonstrated through success in senior management and executive positions within leading insurance broking houses.With an entrepreneurial personality I have a strong track record in client management, placement, business development, claims advocacy and risk consulting. I also have retail experience in a number of insurance markets, including New Zealand, Singapore and the USA. I also have a strong working knowledge of global wholesale broking, Lloyd’s and company markets. I am a highly technical insurance professional with a key interest in insurance program due-diligence and design. Having worked on a number of pre-listing projects and private equity transactions (buy-side and sell-side), I have proven capabilities in risk-register review/development and M&A-based risk & insurance projects.In 2014, I won the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) “Broker of the Year” Award based on industry professionalism, community participation and education.
