I am a licensed professional counselor and co-owner of a psychotherapy private practice, specializing in addictions and co-occurring mental health issues. I have several years of experience in a variety of disciplines including counseling/psychotherapy, program development, project management, and research.My experience and interests in psychotherapy include working with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, grief, stress management, substance use disorders, and other addictive and compulsive behaviors. I have worked with adolescents and adults in individual, group, couples, and family counseling.I have expertise n in acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy, and I am EMDR Trained. I have a compassionate, collaborative approach, meeting a person where they are, and helping to facilitate change in their life.
