With over 25 years of work experience in higher education, I am a passionate and strategic leader in enrollment and student success. As the Vice President for Enrollment & Student Success at Ohio Dominican University, I oversee the recruitment, retention, and graduation of undergraduate and graduate students, as well as the delivery of student services and programs. I have successfully led and implemented multiple initiatives to increase enrollment, retention, and graduation rates, as well as to enhance student satisfaction and engagement. Some of my achievements include launching new online programs, managing the implementation of a large grant for student programming, and developing a comprehensive strategic enrollment plan. I have also fostered a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence among my staff and partners, and have mentored many aspiring leaders. My core competencies include mentoring, communication, and administration, and I have a strong background in marketing, project management, and quality assurance. I hold an MBA from Wheeling Jesuit University and a bootcamp certificate in project management from Ohio Dominican University.
