Working for Nestle and Unilever, both on a national and international scale, I’ve led expansion and consolidation projects that have forced me to use my analytical nature to problem-solve while still putting people first. Throughout these projects— the Tea Bag consolidation project in Europe, a Nestle ice cream plant consolidation, and a 150M dollar expansion project with Unilever— ensuring employee stability, growth, and success was always my highest priority.
