Also worked right along with Peterbilt Representatives and PACCAR Parts to help insure the trucks make it into the shops and the parts are ordered directly. Worked 24/7 on-call shifts every 3 weeks to help customers with their after hours breakdowns.

Responsible for maintaining the trailer fleet's for all four Comcar trucking companies including the cost on all repairs and maintaining reliable fleets. Reviewed trailer repairs including the following: servicing, diagnosis and repair of, wheel end assemblies, body's and rails, floors and brakes. Tracking and organizing parts ordered for each trailer, and any maintenance receipts for repairs. Conduct quality control inspections, track issues and issue resolution to ensure all tasks are properly completed and are in accordance with the company’s safety and compliance procedures and DOT regulations. Assist operations, safety, and maintenance and communicate with all members of transportation to ensure the proper staffing being used. Communicating specific work assignments and responsibilities to all company shops and outside dealers to gather pictures and estimates to make the sure that the repairs were do correctly. Maintained vehicle records, services and repairs. Controlled cost by using warranty and evaluating parts and service options. Also responsible for assisting our breakdown coordinators with breakdown calls from drivers and in locating vendors, customer service needs, or with any other problems that they come across.

Direct activities related to repairs both over the road and in house. Plan, organize and manage the work of the company shops to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. Reviewed work orders for warranty claims, on parts and equipment to determines which ones are covered under warranty. Enter warranty claims, submit the requests for fulfillment and maintain databases of all manufactures and the warranty parts needed. Contact reps to get them to agree to policy some repairs that happened frequently.
