I am a writer, filmmaker, mentor, healer, holistic health educator, and environmental advocate with over 30 years of experience in the field. My work lives at the intersection of content creation, business, holistic health, traditional healing, world cultures, and planetary well-being. I believe that human health and environmental health are inextricably intertwined and have promoted this core value in my career consisting of servicing and working with a clientele from a broad spectrum of cultures, populations, and identities including: those with physical disabilities, people living with HIV/Aids, mentally and emotionally challenged individuals, global indigenous cultures, POC, Asian communities, 2SLGBTGAI, Men's grief support groups, along with environmental and sustainability initiatives. As an early pioneer in holistic health, I have developed resources, programs, and centers based on the integration of western, eastern, ancient wisdom, earth-based, and creative arts healing modalities.
