My main roles included the day to day running of the wine bar, stock control, financial management and the maintenance of the Enomatic wine systems which hold 88 wines for tasting. As the wine specialist I was responsible for advising all customers on their choice of wine and the matching of wine to an extensive food menu. I was also in charge of running Wine Master Classes which are hosted by various wine makers and winery owners

My main responsibilities included stock ordering, control and financial management. I was also given the role of expanding the European and imported wine sections for all of the Camperdown Cellars stores. This required research into premium wineries world wide and sourcing from Australian importers. I held tastings throughout the Camperdown stores to educate the staff and customers on the different appellations of world wines and their food pairings.

In Cellar Force I worked as a direct winery representative, dealing with winery members and offering the best wines from that particular winery. As part of Wine iQ I worked as a personal wine broker for clients, sourcing wines from over 500 of Australia and New Zealand’s top wineries to suit their individual palates and requirements

I was solely responsible for the running of the IFSC Enowine store. My responsibilities included stock ordering, control and financial management. I actively sought out the generation of new customer bases and inter-company relationships. I also ran “The Dublin Wine Tasting Centre” and developed its reputation and its client appeal.

Primary roles comprised upkeep and running of Searsons retail shop, placing shop orders, wine pricing and dealing with customers. Responsible for stock control and inventory. Administrative responsibilities included; receiving wholesale orders, compiling bond withdrawals for warehouse and customer invoicing. Receiving goods-in from international suppliers and inputting into company stock. Company stock control and stock adjustments between physical counts and computer stock count. Dealing with wholesale customer needs & problems. Warehouse experience in receiving bond withdrawals and making up customer orders for nationwide dispatch.
