I performed all matters of security related to force protection at Camp Bondsteel in supervisorcapacity which included guardmount briefings defining the various battle drills and emergencysituations that could and have occurred. I also have conducted on-post training regarding the use of theFLIR Fido X3 chemical trace sensor and instructing individuals on the proper procedures for said battledrills. I have also detailed report writing experience with Daily Observation Reports (DOR), IncidentReports (IR), and various other types of reports. I have also worked as supervisor at the Access ControlPoint (ACP) which dealt with a high traffic volume and various situations ranging from badging tounauthorized vehicles/individuals and dealt with the matter accordingly and in a timely manner.

I had various posts and ranges of duties depending on the location of assignment. I had workedat the Dock Security Checkpoint providing biometrics assistance and expertise regarding set-up andinstallation of various biometric programs. Duties also included allowing certain individuals access upto seven different access programs. I was approved for transfer to the Central Patrol Station where Iresponded to emergency calls ranging from drunk and disorderly conducts to domestic assaults. I alsowas responsible for responding to alarms requiring a max allowable time of five minutes response time.I was then transferred to Entry and Exit at the only airport on the island where I had the responsibilityof badging and validating incoming personnel's orders for temporary and permanent duty. TSAregulations and policies were a daily occurrence I had experience with regarding personnel bothentering and leaving the island.

I had employment with Torres AES when Dyn-Corp International had lost the contract forForce Protection for Camp Bondsteel. My main duties and responsibilities were the various types ofbiometric programs and equipment required for the vetting of local and foreign nationals. I alsocompleted the other forms of security as well such as foot patrols, roving patrols, and tower duties. Ialso had several months of administrative and Force Protection Operation Center (FPOC) experienceregarding schedule changes, radio checks and logs, vehicle dispatch, and various other administrativeduties.

Performed security procedures in regards to SOP's set forth by the COR which included rovingpatrols, vehicle searches, tower duties, and vehicle maintenance under local types of weather andvarious terrain. Duties also included cleaning and maintenance of vehicles and provide escort forforeign national individuals from the pedestrian gate to meet their sponsor at the main access gate. Imaintained proficiency and qualification with M-9 pistol and M-16A2 rifle and became extremelyproficient at the use of all usable biometric enrollment systems used for vetting foreign nationalsincluding the Mission Oriented Biometric Software (MOBS), the Biometric Automated Toolset (BATs),the Handheld Interagency Identity Detection Equipment (HIIDE) and the Secure Electronic EnrollmentKit (SEEK).

I assisted medical officers with administrative procedures, emergency treatment, equipmentmaintenance, infection control, laboratory test procedures, material management, medicationadministration, patient assessment care and transport, recording and documenting, routine medical care,and wound and incision care. I also assisted in command medical readiness, health and safetyinspections, relationship building between command and staff. I deployed to Iraq from MAR 2009 toSEP 2009 providing medical support for numerous patrols and convoys and conducted sick call at theBattalion Aid Station when not on patrol.
