Supervised all aspects of the creative development team made up of Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Web and Video Designers. Responsible for coordinating and facilitating work flow management through the department while working closely with the VP of Marketing, Product Manager, Regional Marketing Manager and Social Media Marketing teams. Focused the Creative Services department as an agency style problem/solution service in support of sales and marketing needs for product launches and events.Lead a team in strategizing and creating marketing materials for multiple complicated global brands, each with distinct messages, attributes and audiences, on the critical path towards hard launch deadlines. These included third party licensing approvals, manufacturing schedules and retail load-in-dates that correspond with seasonal ramp up plans. Managed the development of retail product packaging for “brick & mortar" and “ecommerce ready” global solutions. Worked to communicate complicated technology in simple terms, imagery and languages that could be understood by a wide range of consumers. Partnered with many ecommerce retailer marketing teams including such main stream portals as Amazon.com in North America and Europe, all the way to JD.com in China to refine product sales content for different global audiences.Third Party Partners Include – Microsoft, Sony, Apple, Samsung, Nintendo, Activision, EA, Ubisoft, Capcom, Harmonix, NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL.
