Acknowledge and echo client's query, and offer customer-centric solution as well as identify cross selling/ business growth opportunities in line with the provision of factual and general advice guidance and retaining valueGather insights from existing and prospectus over a variety of campaigns/channels, identifying retention opportunities to mitigate client concerns, and flagging potential process improvement to optimize internal procedure;Handle client objections and complaints, escalating client's query through effective channels by collaborating different stakeholders to investigate cases, and providing accurate response based on best practice guidelines;Take participant in the Quality Compliance and Coaching Program, addressing product/industry knowledge gap, identifying call behaviour and potential coaching and attending calibration meeting in the form of translating observations from call listening into actionable recommendations to improve team compliance performance;Most importantly ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and compliance standards set by industry regulation, Corporate Act and practice conduct of code;

• Engage in market research on SIV program and support the provision of product advice in an accurate & reliable manner• Assist the Advisors with daily workflows and admin duties, conducting follow up call on potential client group and update latest industry information• Make cold calls to secure meetings and present Quantum SIV products, approaching law firms and immigration agency to establish business network• Identify holistic opportunities and growth leads to offer financial services where it is appropriate;
