General Manager - Middle East North
CurrentResponsible for the overall business operation of MDSAP Tech in MENA North; this includes P&L ownership, business strategy & Planning ownership, Budget ownership, Strategic ecosystem and partners’ development and sales & business development. This is a region that covers Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, and Pakistan. Selected Achievements and Contributions:- As GM, I serve as the focal point for expanding, planning and implementing MDSAP’s Solutions & Services strategies in that region. I am a strong technology leader with a proven track record in managing strategic clients’ relationship, developing successful long term business partnerships and handling complex landmark projects and engagements.- Manage a high-performance team of Sales, Presales, and Consultants that support $17+ million sales portfolio.- Manage strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, partners and corporate alliances.- Create and manage budgets. Improve revenue and gross margin including optimizing cost, analyzing accounting and financial data.- Oversee marketing plans, demand generation, digital selling and strategic marketing events.- Oversee software support services, maintenance, implementation services projects and P.S. engagements.- Research, identify and develop growth business strategies & plans. Executed Products Go to market strategies.- Responsible for the talent retention & hiring plans for senior staff. - Coach senior Sales and Post Sales managers and staff to encourage maximum performance and dedication. - Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. Evaluate performance & productivity by analyzing reports, interpreting data and metrics and monitoring and adjusting business plans.- Establish and communicate policies that promote company culture and vision.
