I championed the deployment of MS Teams across 3,000 schools, effectively enabling remote learning on an unprecedented scale. My contributions extended beyond implementation to include conducting training for over 50,000 individuals, creating video tutorials, and strategically assessing and mitigating potential risks. With my hands-on approach, I ensured smooth technological transition and optimization during a critical time.
