1. In charge of overall service parts supply and warranty operations.2. Manage and liaise with overseas manufacturing plant/ subsidiaries and vendors on parts related matter.3. Lead a team for warranty operations and claims validation in timely and accurate manner.4. Establish and ensure all policies for warranty, return process, order processing and any other policies between SME parts supply and local service centers are aligned and complies to company guidelines.5. Lead annual stock take activity with logistics and warehouse teams.6. Manage teams to ensure KPIs and business objectives are on track.

Act as "Single Point of Contact" for clients, coordinating activities between clients and other departments within the company to coordinate key activities of stock receiving, inventory and distribution.2. Responsible for building and maintaining relationship with clients. Respond or re-direct queries accordingly to provide a prompt service to clients.3. Hold regular business reviews with clients to resolve issues, reporting on SLA performance and other relevant information.4. Lead preparation for new client on-boarding until sales Go-live. Manage Secondary Redressing Planning & Packaging Materials Inventory to ensure all production orders for redressing are executed effectively and efficiently to meet the demand of clients and to achieve key performance targets in line with budget.2. Ensure that Planning and Packaging Material operations are in compliance with ISO, GDP, GDSP and cGMP requirements.3. Analyse and review capacity requirement and carry out continuous improvement in accordance to business expansion and future business growth.

1. Overall responsible for the management of Production Control and Supply Chain operations.2. In-charge of production operation to ensure timely delivery within desired cost and quality standards.3. Review operational processes and initiate improvements to reduce cost and improve efficiency.4. Liaise with foreign partner (Thailand and Japan) for knowledge exchange to share and learn the best practice available.5. Active engagement with vendors on material supplies, cost reduction andvarious issues which may arise.

1. Lead and manage parts planning to support production plan with analysis of seasonal sales trend, in order to forecast for sufficient and timely supply.2. Standardise operation with local and overseas suppliers through negotiations;focusing on benefits towards both parties and long term business impact.3. Stabilise inventory by visualising inventory levels, demand and supply parameters; considering sales fluctuations and supply delivery lead time.4. Optimise inventory holding, set and adjust stock targets and manage inventory levels as required (3PL).

1. In charge of regional vehicle sales and supply planning (Malaysia & Singapore).2. Lead monthly and annual sales review with local distributors;with analysis of product planning, market sentiments, government regulations etc.
