Also led demonstrative best practices implementation efforts and knowledge transfer.• United Health Group: Provided project management consulting across over 20 concurrent business/IT projects, including a core staff of over 15 professionals to deliver systems integration commitments (platform conversion, application development, database migration, and the sale of Diversified Pharmaceutical Services business division).• Fairview Hospitals: Led implementation of a new system environment and application conversion, including database migration, from Unisys A-Series to IBM ES/9000 MVS/ESA computer platforms. Project budget was over $10 million.• Pillsbury: Led IBM warranty closure contract. Established procedures ("clean house") to isolate and resolve all software defects to finalize IBM warranty.
