Worked on a range of M&A, Joint Venture and FDI matters for businesses in the Middle East including a AED1bn real estate development joint venture, a $100m restructuring and debt & equity capital raising for a regional power solutions group, a $360m international auction sale in the oil & gas sector and a $190m auction sale in the telecoms sector.
