CurrentTo carry out all aspects of Port Agency work at UAE & KAMSAR (Guinea) Ports as part of the SSA Operations Team.Communication / Reporting with Principals, Charterers, Owners and other Vendors: - Handling of Bulk vessels . Major Carriers handled are K-Line, Cargill, Western Bulk, Berge Bulk, NYK, Oldendorff etc. *Includes Receiving Appointment, Accepting Nomination, Sending Welcome Message and Prearrival Information to Master & Principal.*Attending to the queries raised by Principals/Owners. *Prepare PDA and other Local Port & Transhipment Company info and sharing the same to Vessel/Owner and all related parties concerned. *Requesting for Prearrival Arrival Documents & Prearrival Stowage and sharing with all parties concerned. *Daily Reporting of Vessel working in Abu Dhabi/Kamsar office.*Ensuring the NOR is issued and circulated all parties concerned. *To check with Owners the DA if owners or Charterer’s account accordingly submit PDA. Getting voyage instruction from Owners.Communication / Co-ordination with local Abu Dhabi/Kamsar Office. *To remain in close contact with Abu Dhabi/Kamsar office, ensure the work is smooth within the time frame. *To provide better service & draw owner’s attention to utilize our agency for their vessels calling Abu Dhabi Port/ Kamsar office. *Ensuring Abu Dhabi/Kamsar Operation is continuous and running and keeping all parties informed with the vessel progress and to ensure the vessel is not idle at any time. *To remain vigilant Throughout the Vessel’s T/S operation in Kamsar and close coordination with Kamsar office is established and to keep updated if any unexpected situation.*Updating the forms in veslink/ IMO’s / SOF’s. Summary of Stoppages. *Attendance and reporting in Abu Dhabi/Kamsar.*Arrange to Despatch the B/Ls to principals once issued. *Final arrangement is send to acct.*Send PDA upon receipt of Nomination*Ensure the PDA funds received prior vessel arrival.*Approve Marine & Stevedoring invoice
