Reduced system outages by 25%; sourced, negotiated and implemented next generation voice recording with real time access to calls; implemented security monitoring and network protection systems; designed new organizational structure and lead staffing efforts.Redesigned and implemented the core transactional processor for a gift card manufacturer, completing project in just six months. The company was later sold based on the design of this new processing engine. Served interim role as VP of Development including staff restructuring and leadership development. Qualified, proposed and delivered sale for a large enterprise back office system within a California-based telecommunications company. Assisted both the vendor and client with project implementation and initial customization. The successful project created $14M in annual revenue after project launch, two consecutive years.
