I have over two decades of successful senior management security experience, both in the private and public sector, working in various cities and addressing different security threats, In all of the various executive management jobs that I have held, I brought innovative thinking, new programs and policies and collaborative leadership to address new or growing threats. As Chief Security Officer for Pfizer, I managed a global security department responsible for addressing all threats to Pfizer's patients, personnel, facilities, medicines, proprietary information and reputation. During my 12 years with Pfizer, I established an Executive Protection program; an anti-counterfeiting program that civilly recovered millions of dollars from criminal organizations; an industry unique healthcare fraud investigations unit that recovers $5-$10M annually from covered entity violators; expanded our annual facility security audit program by 33%; and integrated security assets following Pfizer's $68B acquisition of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. I spoke regularly in various public forums to raise public awareness about the dangers of counterfeit medicines, including speaking at the White House, at the annual American Association for the Advancement of Science, at the World Health Conference in Berlin and in testimony on Capitol Hill. I also provided numerous media interviews on the subject, to include interviews with 60 Minutes; CNBC; The Doctors; Dan Rather Reports; The Wall Street Journal; Bloomberg, NPR and many others, all available through an Internet search.

I Chaired PSI, a non-profit organization composed of Chief Security Officer's from 37 major Pharma companies with the mission to share intelligence and collaborate on global anti-counterfeiting investigations and awareness raising in order to mitigate the pain and suffering that counterfeit medicines impose on unsuspecting patients all around the world.

I Chaired the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Foundation - a non-profit Foundation dedicated to supporting the mission and dedicated government employees of ICE.

Served as the first Deputy Assistant Secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the second largest federal investigative agency in the US government. Managed all elements of the 20,000-member organization with an operating budget of $4 billion. • Established a national ICE Intellectual Property Rights Center in Virginia, bringing together law enforcement and private industry representatives to jointly address IPR violations• Established and served as the lead US rep to the Virtual Global Taskforce, coordinating Internet child exploitation investigations in partnership with counterparts in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia• Established an independent ICE Office of International Affairs to better enhance ICE operations in 56 ICE foreign offices • Created a Management Development Program within ICE to train mid-level managers for future assignments at the Executive level
