The result being AutoProtect's continued growth.Since joining AutoProtect, I have been responsible for training and developing dealers and manufacturers alike. The results of my development work, working with individual dealers have been recognised at manufacturer level, and have made significant increases in dealer profit. I have been responsible for securing and launching new business accounts and head up the FCA Automotive Services UK account as the Senior Head Trainer and Account Manager. I am responsible for developing f&i performance within Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Fiat & Jeep franchises on a National basis. I have a thorough understanding of all aspects of FCA compliance, Consumer credit and TCF.As an I.M. I accredited and experienced trainer, I am not somebody that comes purely from an insurance background but someone that has worked within the heart of the dealer sales environment successfully over the twenty plus years at many levels.I specialise in dealer development, looking at a dealers end to end sales processes and f&i performance and how these can be improved to generate more sales and profit whilst embracing a TCF culture.
