John Pearson graduated with a B.Sc. from the University of Winnipeg in 1979, and a Master's Degree, MNRM (Land Development) in 1982 from the University of Manitoba. John resided in Houston, TX for three years from 1982 to 1985 then returned to Winnipeg and subsequently became a real estate agent in 1985 and a Real Estate Broker in 1991. John has completed over $200 Million in sales and leased approximately 10 Million sq. ft. of building area. John has numerous relationships/mandates with prominent national/international retail, restaurants, industrial and office clients.The Winnipeg Realtors Commercial Division presented John with the "Highest Dollar Value Award” (sale of 221,000 sq. ft. retail shopping centre for $14 M) in 2006, and the “Largest Industrial Lease” (193,000 sq. ft. distribution centre) awards and in 2011, and Certificate of Recognition for 25 years of service.John has personally coordinated the development process and leasing of “Regional Retail Power Centres” totalling approximately 5 Million square feet, including such centres as Corral Centre, Brandon; Crossroads Station, Winnipeg; St. James Station, Winnipeg; Selkirk Crossing, Selkirk; Winkler Crossing, Winkler; Sault Centre, Sault Ste. Marie; Clearspring Centre, Steinbach; Harbour Crossing, Thunder Bay; Grant Park Pavilions, Winnipeg; St. Vital Festival II, Winnipeg; and Westport Festival, Winnipeg.
