In addition to American Honda, his client experience at Targetbase includes work with Michaels Stores, Coca-Cola USA, Nestlé USA, Nabisco, Cantel, and ServiceMaster. John’s focus is on developing customer-level analytical insights that lead to programs and applications rooted in sound strategic thinking. He has broad experience leading project teams using both quantitative and qualitative analytic techniques in pursuit of those key insights.Prior to joining Targetbase, John directed the primary marketing research for an experimental interactive television network. Other previous experience includes marketing research and sales experience with two major over-the-counter health care product companies.John has two master’s degrees from the University of Georgia: a master of marketing research and a master of arts in advertising. While pursuing his graduate degrees, John co-authored two academic research articles—one published in the Journal of Advertising (1993), and the other published in the 1993 Proceedings of the American Academy of Advertising.
