John is a Consultant with Trion who helps clients maximize the value of their employee benefit plans with specific emphasis on cost-effective administrative solutions. With over twenty years of industry experience, John provides a unique combination of consulting and administrative expertise with a balanced perspective and knowledge of both process and product.Prior to joining Trion, John worked as the Sales Director for Simpata, Inc. a web-based HRIS and benefit administrative system. In his three years with Simpata, John worked with employers and consultants from Maine to Florida developing cost effective solutions to benefit administration. While at Simpata, he also acted as a consultant for web-based benefit administrative systems to Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Connecticut. John spent three years working as an account executive for Great-West Life in Wayne, PA, selling self-insured health and 401(k) plans. In addition, he spent three years with The Paul Revere Insurance Group in Wayne, PA marketing group life, disability and dental plans.
