Regional Manufacturing Manager
CurrentManage and coordinate all facets of the manufacturing plants to ensure optimal quality product development, staff safety and security, and budget compliance for product development. Conduct detailed process reviews to determine roadblocks and process gaps, as well as strategize and execute scalable remediation measures/plans. Perform plant-specific succession planning, manage assigned budgets, and drive forward the company’s vision by integrating best practices.Oversee all operations of multidisciplinary process improvement teams.Strategically optimize cost savings by reducing raw materials, energy and improving operations. Accountable for delivering robust leadership support to the sustainability team in key functional areas focused on conserving costs by limiting the utilization of electricity, water, and gas across the company.Direct plant turn around to improve all aspects of operations involving safety, cost, quality and productivity.
