While completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Management at Pepperdine University, John managed a successful aviation business. He integrated his knowledge of marketing, technology, customer service and vendor values to revolutionize his business.This dedication to personal service extends firmly to his real estate career. The same traits that allowed him to thrive in a highly regulated industry through two recessions also makes him a valuable asset when selling or buying a home. John’s negotiating skills from years of dealing with lawyers and the federal government give him a competitive edge, and his proactive, personable nature allow him to create incredible real-estate opportunities for his valued clients. Above everything, John understands that purchasing or selling a home is one of the most life-changing decisions one can make, and he always strives to make the process as stress-free as possible. His client relationships are built on the same principles as his personal ones – complete respect, mutual trust and open communication. His main area of focus is the Conejo Valley encompassing the cities of Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Oak Park, Augora Hills, Newbury Park, Lake Sherwood, along with Simi Valley and Moorpark.   His experience gleaned from working at The Agency in Beverly Hills has been priceless.
