Engagement Manager
CurrentAlign with Sales to identify, qualify and ensure projects are relevant, accurately estimated and prioritized during the proposal phase. Manage all stages of the Service Solutions Delivery Cycle, related to partner engagements. Identify opportunities with customers and internal teams to optimize engagement profitability. Draft Statements of Work, and develop Level of Effort Estimates and other project documentation. Propose service solution recommendations and serve as the key point of contact for each owned opportunity as well as the escalation point for customer matters. Technical Program and Project Management for high-visibility projects, and direct leadership of delivery teams.
