Chief, Combat Plans Division, 607th Air Operations Center, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. Responsible to the 7th Air Force commander for producing weekly Armistice and daily Crisis Air Tasking Orders (ATO) for the ROK-US Alliance. Co-leads a 44-person, multi-national US-ROK team, comprised of all flight disciplines, during Armistice, expanding to 120 from all services in Exercises and Crisis. Directly responsible for creating an effective wartime air scheme of maneuver using the RE-11 AOC Weapons System. Generates a daily plan that incorporates assets from both nations and all services, that adheres to the priorities of Commander, Combined Forces Command, and that meets the requirements of all supported components. Directly responsible for publishing the plan as the daily ATO, the formal tasking order to forces.

Chief of Plans (J5) for US Strategic Command's Center for Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (SCC-WMD). Led a joint team of military and civilian CWMD and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) experts responsible for the Department of Defense's Global Campaign Plan for CWMD. Ensured combatant command CWMD plans were aligned with the overarching DOD plan, as principal liaison between USSTRATCOM and theater commands for CWMD matters. Organized and hosted 5 semi-annual CWMD global synchronization conferences, bringing together over 500 US and Allied subject matter experts from 26 agencies. This 3-day forum enabled participants to exchange best practices, and to learn and query the viewpoints of senior US and allied government leaders in a classified setting. Led crisis response planning for both the SCC-WMD and collocated Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).

Joint Advanced Warfighting School, a joint version of senior developmental education. Joint Campaign Planning equivalent of National War College and Industrial College of the Armed Forces.

Responsible for coordinating and directing Electronic Warfare (EW) for the Iraq theater of war. Led operational planning, tactics development, and daily operations. Ensured joint EW supported the MNC-I commander's scheme of maneuver while protecting coalition forces and the Iraqi people.

Air Combat Command (ACC) / A5 Plans and Programs, Combat Plans and Analysis Branch Chief. Responsible for providing analysis and recommendations on organizational Command and Control for the USAF Major Command and Numbered Air Force ("C-NAF") restructuring. Led team evaluating and recommending organizational and functional streamlining within ACC. Evaluated ACC strategic planning resource decisions to determine operational impacts and associated risk to war plans.

Responsible for the Integrated Strategic Planning and Analysis Network (ISPAN) Modernization Program, including year-long Phase I risk reduction and requirements definition with two contractor teams. Authored RFP for $212 million initial program block. Technical lead for Phase II contract source selection. Led 4 Integrated Product Teams of government, FFRDC, advisory contractor, and performance contractor engineers, software architects, and software developers from contract award through initial delivery.

Responsible for development and maintenance of the USSTRATCOM Air Vehicle Planning System (APS), the bomber and cruise missile planning component of the Strategic Warfare Planning System (SWPS). Led an interdisciplinary team of 70 military, civil service, and performance contractor software engineers, software developers, and test personnel supporting and upgrading a 10 million+ line software code base. Directed acquisition, budgeting, and contract support for $10 million annual contract.

College of Naval Command and Staff, graduate with highest distinction.Won 2002 Armed Forces Communications and Electronic Association (AFCEA) VADM Cebrowski writing award on the JFACC time sensitive targeting apportionment/divert process.

Eighth Air Force commander’s advisor on B-52 employment, modernization programs, and unit operations, to include Conventional Air Launched Cruise Missile (CALCM), advanced weapons, and data links. Chief, Dynamic Targeting; responsible for developing 8th Air Force dynamic targeting/time sensitive targeting (TST) procedures. Secondary responsibility for B-1 and B-2 issues.

Created and taught JDAM / WCMD initial training program for B-52 force. Mission Employment Phase Flight Commander; developed operational tactics to employ new weapons and restructured capstone phase to incorporate them. Instructor of the Year three times.During this time, the syllabus was accredited by the American Council on Education to grant 12-18 graduate credit hours.
