- Portfolio under management doubled from about $26 million to $52 million after one year of service due primarily to growth in “new money” deals (portfolio consists C&I and CRE deals)- As per Bank’s RAROC model, the Bank projects over $240K in Net income After Tax over a 12 month period for the new money deals I underwrote in my first full year of service- Completed annual reviews for all 20 relationships in my portfolio prior to fiscal year end- Test all covenants in a timely manner to ensure that the Borrowers were not in default of terms in the loan agreement- Partner with Relationship Managers in loan structuring, deal presentations, and customer calls, which helps alleviate the Relationship Manager’s workload, expedites the approval process, and increases customer satisfaction- Completed the Advanced Credit Fundamentals Training Program. - Helped bring backlog of annual reviews current (in time for an audit by the FDIC)- Underwriting included analyzing financial statements and credit reports, determining viable sources of repayment, preparing cash flow models, and assessing credit risk

- Underwrote over $65 million of commercial financing over two years – performed analysis and prepared recommendations to upper management for new loan requests, annual reviews, modifications and renewals- Increased loan revenue for bank by providing reasonable loan terms/pricing to clients (reduced number of clients that walked away and sought financing elsewhere)- Helped maintain problem loans below 15% through timely modifications- Brought annual reviews of commercial loans up-to-date from a backlog of 2 years
