Using an array of tools to assist in evidence-based analysis, such as IES, flixo, and therm, and reviewing implementation of design strategies throughout construction with regular field review and air tightness testing.

Urban development and large event consulting. Analysis of pedestrian mobility using proprietary crowd simulation software and technical report delivery to clients. Projects included multi-million euro redevelopments.I provided clients with a range of consulting services and mobility studies for their developments and large events. Studies would typically include a site review and a pedestrian simulation using proprietary agent-based AI software ONHYS ONE, and a full client package would be delivered with technical reporting and commentary. The scope of consultations ranged from covid-19 analysis and other safety implications to space usage to spatial financial potential.

Construction project coordinator and estimator for a multi-site bridge rehabilitation project. Prepared construction drawings, construction work methods, temporary access methods, and scheduled site activities such as workforces, subcontractors, and supplier/material deliveries.

Performed traffic surveys with alongside a team of 20 contract employees for this project. Surveys were performed at the Cornwall, Prescott, and Thousand-Islands USA-CAN border bridges. The data was collected for the Ministry of Transportation to update their traffic models of vehicle movement across these border connections.
