Responsible for the planning, execution, certification and volume ramp of the world’s first MIMO WLAN products. Led all Hardware engineering, SW engineering and Program Management teams in Airgo.Executed an initial production ramp that captured 60% of the high tier WLAN market within three months of product introduction. Launched two generations of chipsets and 3 generations of product to production in one 12 month stretch.
