Through this process, I gained experience working under cGMP guidelines and following government regulations in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting in August, Avara transitioned back to in-person work and my position changed. For the rest of my tenure, I assisted the maintenance team in problem analysis and gained valuable hands-on experience through assisting in the fix of water malfunctions, adding safety railings, and innovating new tethers to prevent lid damage while loading reactors.
