Stars:M.A.S.T is an afterschool program for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders to learn about Science, Math, Art, and Technology in a Project Based Learning format. The students are engaged in projects that align with S.T.E.A.M, and Common Core initiatives. The Program also helps teach students 21st century job skills, and service learning via Community projects.

2016-As High School Science teacher at Parkside High School in Salisbury, Maryland it is my responsibility to engage Physical, and Environmental Science students in 21st Century learning, with real world tasks, and authentic projects. Students engaged in, and created content for International Dot Day, and Digital Learning Day2014-2016-As High School Science teacher as the Choices Academy in Salisbury, Maryland it is my responsibility to teach all high school science disciplines based on student placements. The Academy is for at risk students in Wicomico County and offers alternative placement for students during transitions back to home schools.

Delaware New Tech Academy offers students a new kind of high school education. As a "school within a school" at Seaford Senior High School, it gives students a comprehensive academic program featuring Project Based Learning and daily use of computers and technology in the classroom.Designed to mimic a modern business, the Academy requires students to learn and complete projects in a way that prepares them for college and the workplace.The New Tech High School model has been proven successful at more than 60 public schools across the nation. It is not a technical or vocational program, but an academic program that teaches 21st Century skills and prepares students for both college and careers.With the New Tech Academy approach, students work in teams on real-world projects in addition to listening to lectures and using textbooks. As they progress through their projects - some of which come from businesses or institutions in the community - they are taught all the academic content and skills appropriate to their grade level. Then they apply what they have learned to the challenges of their project.

As an Account Representative for Retail Channel, it is my responsibility to manage a designated accounts territory. These duties include new product launches, order management, pricing maintenance, general customer service, and working closely with Retail marketing, trade management, and supply to ensure a seamless customer experience. I have held a range of Territories within Retail and Foodservice Channels that include the Midwest, Northeast/Florida for the Foodservice team, and I have managed a major national account for the Retail team.

As a Customer Experience Manger for Best Buy in Salisbury, MD, it is my responsibility to drive Sales, Increase Market share, and Provide a World Class working and shopping Experience. As a Small Market Concept Store it is also my responsibility to report new findings back to corporate/district with regards to: Marketing, Pricing, Staffing, and Community Support. As Assistant Sales OPS my primary responsibility is to assist customers and provide support for Sales force, and Management Teams with the ultimate goal of providing the best possible Verizon Wireless experience. I assist the customers by helping explain billing, selling of vital accessories, providing service feedback and recommending the best solutions. I aid the Sales force, and management by maintaining the floor stock, doing all merchandising, ordering supplies, doing deposits, ordering change, and otherwise provide general asset management. As a project Lead for the Corporate Merchandising Department, it is my responsibility to track projects from start to finish. I work very closely with the Design, Visual Merchandising, Loss Prevention, Space Planning and Purchasing Departments to ensure that all S.O.H.O, Telecom, Circuit City Express (Mall based stores), and special Store Sweep projects are placed into stores effectively and efficiently. The Tracking process includes Inventory Management, Sign Placement, Web placement, and budget concerns. I have also developed several Ad-Hoc Processes, as well as, a new process for bulk-outs and end caps. In this role, I regularly make business, and space decisions that affect my areas of responsibility. I also field store questions on set-up and execution of projects. I regularly contribute to the training and development of new Associates, and have been added to many Departments Individual Development training programs
