A member of the Bank's Senior Leadership Team, I came to Magyar to establish the Company's Marketing program from the ground up and over time my responsibilities expanded to other areas of the Bank. I have played a key role in the Bank's public stock offerings, and its growth during my tenure, continuously adding new roles which have challenged me professionally and resulted in successful new programs for the Bank.CRA Officer – Responsible for managing the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) activities, and all CRA regulatory requirements. Magyar Bank has received a rating of Outstanding for 6 consecutive CRA exams from its primary federal regulator, FDIC, a reflection of the Bank's commitment to the community, volunteer work and adherence to federal and state bank regulatory requirements that I have led. Marketing Director – Built the Bank’s Marketing program including the Company’s internal and external messaging, all advertising and marketing campaigns including the digital programs. Established the tag line “Simply MAGnificent” to showcase the Bank’s unique name and its commitment to providing superior customer service. Expert in all mediums and managed the Bank's social media and digital advertising programs as well as OTT/CTV, and traditional platforms such as radio, TV and direct mail.Investor Relations Officer - Manage the Company's SEC filings and communications to shareholders including Annual Reports, 10k, 8k and 10Q filings. Regularly speak with shareholders regarding the Company’s financial position and goals. Played a key role in taking the Bank public in 2006, and its subsequent 2nd step stock offering in 2021. Magyar Bank Charitable Foundation President – Responsible for the oversight and day to day management of the Bank’s Charitable Foundation which has donated over $950,000 in grants since its inception to local non-profit organizations.

Responsible for the daily operation of the Marketing Department of AIG's Group Management Division (GMD). Manage the marketing team, develop strategic direction for and implement all marketing programs in support of the Division's sales efforts.Enhanced Bottom Line - Instituted an on demand Internet-based ordering system of collateral for the worldwide sales team, improving efficiency and reducing printing and storage costs by 25%.Improved Efficiency - Reduced calls into phone center by 17% by launching a redesigned Web site featuring an on-line database allowing customers to access account information.Internal Communications - Manage the quarterly employee communication meetings writing speeches for Division Head, creating presentations and coordinating video feeds for off-site locations.Customer Appreciation - Plan all client events including seminars, golf outings, corporate sponsorship and various other functions.
