Work with clients to identify properties that make sense for them and educate them on the process. Provide clients with detailed comparative market analysis to determine value of a property. Negotiate the purchase and sale agreement for the property. Perform all necessary due diligence by reviewing: property disclosures, zoning ordinances, association by-laws, restrictive covenants, etc.. Arrange for building inspections. Negotiate items that arise from inspections that are issues of health and safety. Regularly communicate with the clients lender and title company to ensure a smooth and successful closing. Show less

Provide excellent customer service in processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, selling money orders, cashiers or travelers checks; processing loan/credit card payments and savings bond requests, handling cash advances and providing customers with both direct and telephone assistance. Help build and maintain solid customer relationships. Understand the Bank’s products and services and present additional services as options to meet customer financial needs.
