Provided leadership support to the leader responsible for virtual events, production, and programming during the COVID-19 pandemic.• Grew charitable fundraising programs to foster collaboration and development of community-driven fundraising events, raising over $15,000 for various charitable organizations since 2018 by working together with other leaders, volunteers, community members, and sponsors to build fundraising activities and events on Twitch with compelling incentives for fundraisers and viewers. Several of our fundraising activations were featured on the Twitch Front Page.• Worked alongside other SOBA leaders to define a new broadcaster-centric strategy for partnerships.
