Which involves working with event venues, sponsors, and other stakeholders to consistently deliver engaging events that support, elevate, and highlight local content creators, independent game developers, and charitable causes. Provided leadership support to the leader responsible for virtual events, production, and programming during the COVID-19 pandemic.• Grew charitable fundraising programs to foster collaboration and development of community-driven fundraising events, raising over $15,000 for various charitable organizations since 2018 by working together with other leaders, volunteers, community members, and sponsors to build fundraising activities and events on Twitch with compelling incentives for fundraisers and viewers. Several of our fundraising activations were featured on the Twitch Front Page.• Worked alongside other SOBA leaders to define a new broadcaster-centric strategy for partnerships. This resulted in an increase in overall funding for events, programs, and activities. This increase in funding allowed us to deliver consistent rewards to recognize attendees and active content creators and incentivize attendance. Resulting in an increase in positive sentiment among attendees who are active Twitch Partners and Affiliates after PAX West 2022 (NPS score of 40).• Responsible for content development and panelist selection for panels about content creation at certain conventions and industry events, including Pocket Gamers Connects, GeekGirlCon, and Husky Expo. These panels resulted in active community membership growth ranging from 10 -40 people per event.• Shared responsibility for administrative, legal, and compliance-related obligations as one of several principal officers of a 501(c)6 non-profit organization.
