We hosted in the United States members of these engineering teams from EMEA, and I traveled myself to various EMEA regions to foster a closer, more cohesive working environment within these groups.We were able to collectively (EMEA Engineering Teams) develop/design a "follow the sun" approach to implementation of new systems for the General Motors client base. The "Follow the Sun" approach allowed us to quickly implement new systems because we were working on it continuously across the various global timezones until the project was complete and customer acceptance/compliance was approved.I am passionate about fostering cohesive interpersonal relationships that facilitate quick resolution to any issues that may arise.
