My drive for business comes from my past experiences of owning rental properties, managing a motel, restoring foreclosed properties, and maintaining a customer based small business. I understand the importance of managing time, money, and budgets, to ensure a job well done. I have led a small team of employees, and my leadership philosophy is to lead by example. I would never expect my team to do something that I wouldn't do myself. This belief has allowed me to gain leadership roles throughout my career. My meticulous attention to detail, and ability to fix anything, has proven my hard-work ethic and drive get the job done right. My current position as a Bobst Operator for an International packaging company, has helped me expand my technical and mechanical abilities. I understand the importance of LEAN manufacturing, Six-Sigma, and 5S organization, and apply the skills learned from these processes to my everyday professional life.
