John is a strategic communications and digital marketing professional with over 20 years of tactical experience including 8 years working at SNL, and 2 years working at Facebook. John combines deep social media platform knowledge with analytical experience to guide campaign development, product launches, and content strategy that elevate brand profiles. John excels at producing communications that maintain consistent messaging and engage members and viewers. John has worked across multiple industry sectors with companies including NBC, BuzzFeed, Audible, DDB, J&J, Welch's, and NYU among many others.  John ‘Rosey’ Rosenblatt worked at SNL as a Director of Photography for 9 seasons, and filmed over 75 of Saturday Night Live’s Digital Shorts, including one of the first viral hits ‘Dick in a Box’. He earned an MBA at Fordham University while working nights at SNL. John then worked full-time at Facebook in NYC, helping set up their first in-house studio and supporting media partners producing and deploying video on Facebook platforms. Through his own company Rosey Media, John worked directly with brands, big and small, developing social media strategies and managing all aspects of marketing, social media production, distribution, ad buying and data tracking. John now works full time at The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) as the companies Communications and Marketing Manager. In this role, John manages the development and implementation of ELANY's marketing and communication strategies, including overseeing all content posted to ELANY's social media channels. John supports the companies strategic partnerships on and offsite. John also oversees ELANY’s state-of-the-art conference center and supports educational programs on and off-site for CE programs.
