As indicated above, certain opportunities have been in large, complex, established, matrix organizations; other opportunities have been in small, nimble, startups. All of this results in a simple approach to accelerating the success of leaders, teams, and organizations: identify root causes with wisdom and kindness; bring them to light with candor; partner with the right people to develop systemic solutions for growth.
