John joined Dalberg’s Johannesburg office in 2015 as a senior consultant and transferred to Washington DC in 2018. He has partnered with public, private, and philanthropic sectors to fuel inclusive growth and help clients achieve their social and environmental impact goals through delivering strategic advice, analytics, and other decision-aids. He has delivered +30 projects to date across 15 countries, spanning a range of sectors, including finance and investment, agriculture and food security, climate and environment, health and nutrition, energy access, economic mobility, and data and technology. He has collaborated with human-centered design, data analytics, and research teams, and has helped facilitate and deliver trainings to Dalberg's global teams at the junior and manager level.Before joining Dalberg, John spent four years with Standard Bank Group. John completed his MBA at the University of Cape Town as a Bertha Scholar with an exchange at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He completed his Bachelors of Business Science degree (Econ) at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.
