- Engineering Manager for Position Sensors team in Hampton Virginia- Design Authority for product lines with annual gross sales of $34M+- Product lines manufactured at four global sites (Hampton, Hermosillo, Shenzhen, and Chengdu)- Coordinate engineering efforts within a global team framework (Hampton, Dortmund, Hermosillo, Mexico City, Shenzhen, and Chengdu)

Note: On October 9, 2014, TE Connectivity Ltd. completed the previously announced acquisition of Measurement Specialties, Inc.I have engineering/design responsibility for level sensing, flow sensing, and position sensing products. This includes all products that were manufactured by Gentech, Inc., with the exception of the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) product line. My responsibilities include product development, product improvement, production support, failure analysis, and customer support for new products as well as production and field issues. I work directly on site and remotely with the sensor production facilities in China. The sensors under my responsibility are used by OEM's in the Automotive, Marine, Appliance, Construction Vehicle, ATV/Snowmobile, and various specialty industries.Annual gross sales of the product lines for which I am responsible is >$9M.

Note: On October 9, 2014, TE Connectivity Ltd. completed the previously announced acquisition of Measurement Specialties, Inc.Design, design analysis, and development through production of Position Transducers within theposition product line. Prepare procedures and plans to test and evaluate products for design verification orproduct improvement. Initiate and lead new product development according to our NPI (New Product Introduction) processand provide support until production release. Coordinate with other departments during all phases of the product design,development and manufacturing. Prepare estimates of time and costs for engineering design as well as forassembly processes.Develop complete engineering documentation.Provide technical direction to other departments.Develop mathematical models and computer programs when required.

Responsibilities include:• Program Manager for rotor test stand and radar test fixture• Design and development of these products, including material selection, 3D modeling, drawing release, and fabrication support• Design work for instrumented, composite rotor blades and wind tunnel model• Manage and release engineering data, including 3D models, drawings, ISO documents, and Engineering Orders

Responsibilities included:• Manage engineering activity required to relocate front tine and rear tine tiller production from Orangeburg, SC to McRae, GA.• Manage and implement product improvement and cost reduction projects. These projects include collaboration with Quality, Marketing, and Engineering leaders in Charlotte, NC and in Stockholm, Sweden.• Provide Engineering department leadership as needed. • Direct and approve BOM, IPL, and owner's manual changes• Validate design changes and qualify suppliers• Engineering support to promptly resolve production issues.

(10/01/2009 to 1/13/2011)Title: Truck Engineer, Order Selector and 3-Wheel Stand Lift TrucksResponsibilities include:• Ownership of current and future characteristics, requirements and capabilities for Yale and Hyster brand Order Selector and 3-Wheel Stand lift truck models.• Create, manage, and approve Truck level requirements utilizing various tools including DOORS software• Generate, manage, and approve the Design Validation Plan for each truck level project.(9/10/2007 to 9/30/2009)Title: Project EngineerNew Product Development• Responsible for Design approval for NexGen 1.5T – 2.0T Class I lift truck.
