This includes all products that were manufactured by Gentech, Inc., with the exception of the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) product line. My responsibilities include product development, product improvement, production support, failure analysis, and customer support for new products as well as production and field issues. I work directly on site and remotely with the sensor production facilities in China. Prepare procedures and plans to test and evaluate products for design verification orproduct improvement. Initiate and lead new product development according to our NPI (New Product Introduction) processand provide support until production release. Coordinate with other departments during all phases of the product design,development and manufacturing.
