Writing financial reports and supporting detailed analysis reports for Banner Financials using Access and Argos. Primarily focused on the Business Affairs, Finance, Accounting and Budget departments however also provided reports and analysis for Treasury and Institutional Advancement.

Greater New York City Area

• Background: Ed-Fi, a Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, has proposed a set of Dashboards for K through 12 (school) databases which are expected to improve educators' abilities to meet students’ needs in a more timely.
• Successfully proved viability of producing Ed-Fi Dashboards using a non-Ed-Fi database and data structures.
• Reviewed Ed-Fi documentation and websites and wrote an analysis of the Double Line Partner's Visualization of the Ed-Fi dashboards.
• Identified shortcomings as well as simplifications which would enhance the product and deliver the desired functionality.

• Molded the software upgrade strategy for the new administration to address critical risks and needs.

• Managed conversion of a 23-year-old water billing system.

• Conducted presentations, briefings, staff Q&A meetings ("Town Hall Meetings"), and training sessions on the new projects and initiatives.

• Designed and managed the development and implementation of an association management system called WebLinks. Six other trade associations implemented the system.
• Successfully dealt with the presidents of seven trade associations on two continents in providing them with IT services.
• Led implementation of an award-winning web site (InvestingInBonds.com) the only free, real-time source of municipal and corporate bond trades; still in use.
• Kept the Association up to date technologically through 3 complete overhauls to the computer infrastructure.

Responsible for the long and short term planning for the Association's rapidly changing automation and information goals and objectives. Implemented financial systems, membership relationship management systems and supervised the development of tools to assist our member firms.

Installed the Council's first network. Analyzed, planned, and presented conversion strategies and goals. Executed the plans and implemented new systems in all the departments.

Responsible for the compilation of the Society's budget and tracking of their fixed assets. Assisted in the selection of their new financial and donor systems. Acted as the client project manager for the new systems.
