Project: Association of clock gene polymorphism with autism in South Indian population• DNA isolation and quantification from control and patient samples.• Sequenced the samples to screen for the polymorphism rs1554483 and calculated the genotypic and allelic frequencies of control and sample populations.

Project: Isolation, biochemical, and molecular characterization of phosphate solubilizing bacteria from soil• Conducted microbiological and biochemical characterization on bacterial isolates from soil through alkaline phosphatase assay and determination of solubilization index.• Performed bacterial DNA isolation and PCR analysis on samples that showed highest phosphatase activity. Identified bacterial strains using BLAST program.
