As Cloud for Good's (CfG's) Lead Developer, my primary responsibility included establishing and promoting a strong Salesforce development methodology to ensure high quality solutions for our customers. To this end, I managed two offshore development teams and actively developed and managed a library of reusable code for future project solutions. By actively fostering and pushing our development teams into an Agile SDLC and staying abreast of technology developments in the Salesforce ecosystem, CfG developers worked hand in hand with CfG Cloud Consultants to deliver innovative and strategic services to our customers.
