As Cloud for Good's (CfG's) Lead Developer, my primary responsibility included establishing and promoting a strong Salesforce development methodology to ensure high quality solutions for our customers. To this end, I managed two offshore development teams and actively developed and managed a library of reusable code for future project solutions. By actively fostering and pushing our development teams into an Agile SDLC and staying abreast of technology developments in the Salesforce ecosystem, CfG developers worked hand in hand with CfG Cloud Consultants to deliver innovative and strategic services to our customers. In addition, I worked closely with our consulting and sales teams to generate LOE and detailed development estimates through carefully measured evaluations of system and business requirements and reusable Salesforce design patterns.I also actively supported CfG AppExchange product offerings in a varying array of roles which included: (a) product support, (b) development and (c) quality control and testing.

As a technical project lead - I focused on developing software for mobile, Salesforce, PHP and J2EE based solutions. In this role, I was closely involved with all stages of Soliant's software development life cycle from initial customer needs assessment thru design, construction, testing, deployment and production support. As a lead, I was responsible for planning, directing and reviewing the work of both Soliant developers and Soliant contract resources. During my 4 years and 9 months with Soliant, I worked with over 20 customers and had the chance to collaborate closely with Soliant's sales team in response to RFPs as well as crafting detailed project estimates for new business opportunities.An extensive development background has led to project engagements that span multiple technologies and platforms.
