I helped build NC3 from the start-up phase into a profitable industry leader. Externally, I managed client relationships at multiple levels to understand how our work impacted multiple stakeholders in their organizations. My internal priorities included organizing and motivating the team to do great work for NC3's corporate customers. My work ethic and attention to detail put my team in the best possible position for success. I played a major part in the organization's growth from three clients to 75, and in an entrepreneurial environment that meant filling a lot of roles above & beyond my job description, from sales to HR to tech support.NC3 provides administrative support, logistics, and consulting related to multiple aspects of Talent Acquisition, including university relations, veterans recruitment, and new hire onboarding. Its base of Fortune 500 clients has included PepsiCo, JPMorgan Chase, Lockheed Martin, Dell/EMC, Aramark, Toyota, Whirlpool, and Monsanto.
