Reporting to the Board of Directors, I have been responsible for change management and improving the Information & People Operations of the business by introducing and rolling out our HR software to the group and enhancing the employee experience from Recruitment, Induction, Training, Development and Success planning. An outstanding communicator with direct management experience of both processes and people. A natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients and staff at all levels. Experienced and confident in both phone and face to face project/account management.I am also a qualified PRINCE2 project manager with 10+ years of experience leading projects. I am always open to hear from anyone who would like to connect with me.
