Directed HPE technical consulting services and support on a global scale for a major financial services client with 40,000 ISS servers world-wide and global roll-outs that typically exceed $40M+. Developed a scalable model for customer-centric decision making by connecting with peers across the enterprise to assess needs and gather actionable information. Introduced a governance body to incubate new requirements. Expanded HPE’s portfolio by defining, implementing, and marketing a new service focused on critical event management; this services was subsequently purchased by a high-value customer who rated it “best in class.”Significantly improved customer satisfaction (red to green) by implementing new best-in-class processes.Actively contribute to high-level decision-making by listening to executive clients, presenting credible recommendations, and creating an operations dashboard to generate reliable data for CIO reviews. Chaired CEO Steering Committee and authored numerous vendor contract documents including Service Level Agreements and ITIL processes for MarkitSERV, a company providing end-to-end trade processing and workflow solutions for the OTC trading sector. Managed two industry-changing projects, as follows:Led CEO Steering Committee managing deliverables and risk for start up of an innovative application for the OTC derivatives industry allowing real time, pre-trade clearing certainty.Delivered 3 Data Center builds with 99.999% availability and high throughput capability to support application.

Oversaw global support (Level 1 and 2) for Consumer, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device business units. Supervised 300 people, worldwide across 10 data centers/10,000 servers. Administered $15M budget. Recruited to establish and manage centralized organization overseeing 1,500 servers, AS400 units, and mainframes for 15 data centers. Supervised staff of 30+ at 5 locations nationwide. Improved efficiency, defined and implemented new operational model, created centralized organization.Saved $7M through billing auditing, consolidating servers, and implementing VMware for virtualization.Developed and managed vendor evaluation process for asset and configuration management tool.
