I serve as a Materials Characterization SME overseeing CCAM's Metallography, Microscopy, & X-ray Computed Tomography labs in addition to coordinating materials testing in support of varied manufacturing R&D projects. As an experienced project leader, I engage with industry, academic and government collaborators on both strategic research and development programs and rapid problem-solving for immediate impact in member companies' day to day operations. I am proud to mentor young engineers through CCAM's award winning internship program and graduate research partnerships with Virginia universities.
